What is Probate?
Probate is the name of the process of dealing with someone’s estate when they die whether they previously made a Will or not. The Executors named in the Will (or the Administrators where there is no Will) are responsible for administering the deceased’s estate. This includes; closing the deceased’s bank accounts, gathering all other assets, paying any debts, selling the deceased’s property and dividing the estate between the beneficiaries.
As a member of the Society of Will Writers I can offer my clients, via The SWW Trust Corporation, assistance with probate matters whether you require assistance with the administration of an estate or need to obtain a Grant of Probate only.
All fees are competitively charged in accordance with the SWW Trust Corporation Terms & Conditions and offered on a fixed fee basis.
